MS오피스 네트워크 폴더 파일 열지 못함

Office365 ProPlus KO KR / Office 2013

네트워크 폴더에 있는 엑셀 파일 실행 시 엑셀이 열리기는 하나 파일은 열리지 않음.

시스템 복원을 통하여 특정 시점 이전으로 복원을 했으나 같은 증상 발생.

오피스 온라인 복구를 실행했으나 시간이 오래 걸려 실패.

재설치 진행

1. Remove Office 2013 completely from the computer by using the fix it tool in the article:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501. Then, the cache data and registry information can be removed automatically.

2. Clear all related windows credentials by running the following command in Command Prompt:
rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr

3. Reinstall the latest version of Office.

오피스2013 제거 후 추가 작업 실행.

1. Uninstalled Office Standard 2013
2. Removed:-
- C:\Users\%User Folder%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office
- C:\Users\%User Folder%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office
3. Reinstalled Office Standard 2013
(4. Installed all updates)
